Any User can become a Customer. The Users are fully responsible for the authenticity of the submitted identification data. We will use the data provided by the Users in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

All testimonials/references on the Service are presented with the consent and desire of those who provided them.

Therefore, copying, reproduction and use of the content for one’s own interests without our express, prior and written consent is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

The databases, programs, graphics are our property, or, as the case may be, of the suppliers of the products offered through the Service and are protected by Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as amended and supplemented.

Any complaint or dissatisfaction with the operation of the Service should be sent in writing to corina@roimmigration.com.  We will investigate the complaint within 30 days of receipt. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably by agreement between the parties.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice to the User and without the User’s express consent.

Changes will be brought to the User’s attention simply by displaying them on the Interface and will be deemed to have been accepted by the User if the User continues to use the service after their display on the Interface.
